Kumbu

Terms of Use

Kumbu: Envelope Budget Planner · Updated November 6, 2026 · Berk Sancak

These terms add to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies to the app.

What the app does

Kumbu records the income, payments and expenses you enter, splits your money into envelopes and shows what is left. It does not connect to banks, move money or check your accounts. The numbers are only as right as what you enter.

Not financial advice

Kumbu does not give financial, tax or investment advice. Gold and currency prices are for information, can be delayed and are not an offer to buy or sell.

Free use and Pro

Unlimited voice and typed entries, 5 envelopes, 1 savings jar, fixed payments with 1 installment counted down, this period and the last one, and the evening reminder are free. Kumbu Pro adds unlimited envelopes, jars and installments, payment reminders, gold and currency savings, rollover, moving money between envelopes, the full history with a yearly report and CSV export.

Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase.

Pro Yearly renews automatically every year until you cancel. Payment is taken from your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. New Pro Yearly subscribers start with a 3-day free trial, and the date of the first charge is shown before you start. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged. To avoid a later charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for financial decisions or losses that come from using the app.
